Clear Channel’s WHJY-FM 94.1 Providence, Rhode Island jumped into a local debate with “94 HJY’s Pension Relief Fund.” The station gave listeners 10 chances every weekday to win $1,000 and entered each winner into a $75,000 grand prize drawing.
