Graham Media Groupís NBC affiliate WDIV-TV Detroit provided in-depth coverage and community support for the Flint water crisis. WDIV collected more than $3,400 and several truckloads of bottled water. WDIVís consumer investigative unit, "Help Me Hank," reported on the origin of the crisis, how residents coped, the National Guardís arrival, protests at the capitol and Hurley Childrenís Hospital treatment for children exposed to lead. WDIV interviewed health experts and government officials, including Governor Snyder.
